Dr. Ahmet Lütfi Kurşunel, a member of the Alapala Academy team, plays a critical role in ensuring high-quality milling processes and improving efficiency with his expertise and experience in the design and optimization of milling process diagrams.

Dr. Ahmet Lütfi Kurşunel teaches Diagram Technique in Milling at Alapala Academy. With decades of professional experience, he has contributed to numerous flour mill projects, overseeing the design and implementation of milling diagrams both in Turkey and abroad. He now shares this extensive expertise with new-generation professionals through Alapala Academy’s specialized milling programs.

Dr. Kurşunel began his academic career at Selçuk University, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Mechanical Engineering, where he also played a key role in establishing the Milling Program at the Technical Vocational School and served as its long-term program coordinator. He holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, with an academic and industrial background spanning over 30 years.

His areas of expertise include milling machinery, diagram technique, project design, pneumatic and aspiration systems, assembly techniques, and engineering design. In addition to providing consultancy to numerous companies, he continues to manufacture machinery for blower systems.

At Alapala Academy, Dr. Kurşunel plays a pivotal role in designing and optimizing milling process diagrams, contributing significantly to quality production and process efficiency within flour milling operations.
