    Our training covers all processes from grain to bread, including training on how to optimize food processing systems. Additionally, it encompasses advanced milling processes, machine design, and facility operation. You will acquire knowledge about laboratory analyses and grain science, and even actively work and experience all processes at our Alapala Flour Mill, where flour is produced at high capacity. Here, you will learn cleaning, conditioning, and milling techniques, and experience the art of breadmaking at our Innovation Center.
